The property was purchased by Neal Communities of Southwest Florida from Lindvest Sarasota East, Ltd. and Lindvest Fruitville, Ltd. The site’s 450± acres is entitled for up to 900 residential units and a town center. The property is located at the NW Corner of Fruitville Rd. and Lorraine Rd. in Sarasota, FL, just south of Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club, Esplanade at Lakewood Ranch, and University Park. The deal was brokered by Justin Thibaut, Randy Thibaut and Doug Meschko of LSI Companies, Inc.
