The company now offers appraisal services for use in strategic asset management, investment analysis, portfolio evaluation, and eminent domain. This addition complements an extensive suite of services provided by the company which include targeted market analyses, opinions of value, feasibility studies, absorption forecasts, and Market Trends quarterly publications.
The in-house appraisal department will be providing market-based solutions in response to complex real estate issues in Southwest Florida. This department will cover a broad range of commercial real estate product types, including large scale mixed-use developments, office, retail, industrial, and single family/multi-family developments.

Taylor has over 10 years of real estate experience with a broad range of commercial real estate product types. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University and a Master of Science degree from the University of Denver, both in Real Estate. Additionally, he has appraised over $1 billion in combined asset value in 57 of Florida’s 67 counties.
