A 30.46± acre parcel sold for $137,070 located at 603 & 675 F Road, LaBelle, FL 33935. A 15.13± acre parcel sold for $67,995 located at 730 G Road, Labelle, FL 33935. Both parcels were purchased from Bulmahn Groves, LLC. The deal was brokered by William Rollins, Jr. CCIM, ALC and Hunter Ward, CCIM of LSI Companies, Inc.
