The property was acquired by Pulte Home Company, LLC from Oak Creek Bayshore Florida, LLC, Chapel Light, LLC, and Light Real Estate, LLC. The transaction was brokered by Randy Thibaut, ALC, Justin Thibaut, CCIM, and William Rollins, CCIM, ALC of LSI Companies, Inc. Pulte will be developing Del Webb Oak Creek consisting of 821 homes starting at the mid $200’s.
Simultaneously, Pulte Home Company, LLC sold 28± acres of the property to Sage Communities 1, LLC, for $2,286,000. The transaction was brokered by Randy Thibaut, ALC and Justin Thibaut, CCIM of LSI Companies, Inc. Sage Communities is owned by Randy Thibaut who will be developing an active adult rental community with 184 residences.
