Lee County Enterprises LLC sold 43.9 acres at 10631 Metro Parkway, Fort Myers to Colonial at Metro LLP for $2,200,000. The land, which also has frontage on Plantation Road, is zoned for commercial and multi-family residential. Mike Price and Billy Rollins of Land Solutions represented the seller.
