The property was acquired by Ryan Companies from Jared Holes Trustee. The property is located at U.S. 41 & Alico Road, Fort Myers, FL, 33908. The buyer was represented by Alex Henderson, CCIM, and Max Molloy, CCIM, of LSI Companies Inc., and Phil Fischler of Fischler Property Company. The seller was represented by Michael Frye of Re/Max Realty Group.
The property, previously owned for more than 50 years, required full rezoning and the rescission of a former DRI. Now approved, the MPD allows for 350 multifamily units, up to 200,000 square feet of commercial space, and 150 hotel keys.
