Randy Thibaut, President, is owner and founder of LSI Companies. Randy’s role is that of visionary, establishing new investor relations to bring capital resources into the SW Florida market and providing his team with the best tools, resources and connections available. Randy has over 20 years in the SW Florida real estate industry in sales, construction, project management, residential sales, etc. and has been involved in numerous real estate deals in SW Florida. He has personally brokered over a half billion dollars in real estate transactions. Randy believes in attention to detail and is actively involved in every transaction that LSI Companies brokers.
Thibaut is a co-founder and served as a board member for Builders Care, a non-profit organization started by the Lee Building Industry Association to provide construction services at no cost to needy and deserving elderly and disabled homeowners who cannot obtain home repairs through traditional means. He also serves on the board of the Lee Building Association and is a candidate to become an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC).
Thibaut grew up on a large farm in Central Ohio where he learned the land business from his grandfather, who was successful in buying and selling large tracts of land.

Justin Thibaut serves as the Chief Operating Officer for LSI Companies. He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. Justin joined the team after a successful career in the Nuclear Power and Petroleum Industries, where he held positions in project engineering, construction and business management of major capital projects valued from $500 million to $1 Billion. He is dedicated to serving the Southwest Florida community as Secretary for Builder’s Care, a non-profit organization tasked with providing emergency home repairs to the elderly and disabled. In addition, he sits on the Board of Governors of REIS (Real Estate Investment Society) and is a 2017 graduate of the Lee County Chamber’s ‘Leadership Lee County’ program. Specializing in commercial real estate analysis and acquisition/disposition of commercial real-estate, Justin is well versed in all stages of land development and vertical construction.
Kris Denny serves as the Chief Financial Officer for LSI Companies. She has been with the company for 15 years and has 30 years of accounting and managerial experience in the land development industry. Her duties include business and administrative management and accounting. She is responsible for creating detailed proformas and financial analysis on various types of real estate.
William “Billy” Rollins serves as a Senior Broker for LSI Companies. He is a third generation Floridian and is a licensed real estate broker in Florida, Georgia and Alabama. Billy is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC). He holds a BS degree in business and an AS degree in citrus production. Billy has the training and experience to provide clients with an understanding of the big picture for commercial and land assets with insights on the dynamics of property value throughout Southwest Florida.
Doug Meschko serves as a Senior Broker/Analyst for LSI Companies, focusing on the market analytics of residential and commercial properties throughout Southwest Florida. Doug has 20 years of real estate experience with a wide range of focus from consulting to sales and leasing. His most recent experience came as a Market Analyst for Metrostudy of South Florida where he commissioned market reports, feasibility studies and acquisition / disposition consulting reports for local and national builders, venture groups, and lending institutions. Doug has extensive experience in apartment conversions and work-outs as well as site sales.
Hunter serves as a Sales Associate for LSI Companies, specializing in agricultural lands and commercial properties. A fifth generation Floridan; Hunter was born and raised in Glades county. Hunter has had experience in the Sod, Cattle, Landscaping, Sugarcane, Fertilizer and Alligator Farming Industry. Hunter is also a 2019 CCIM institute candidate.
Nelson Taylor serves as the Market Research Analyst for LSI Companies. He focuses on the market analytics of residential and commercial properties throughout Southwest Florida, in order to provide clients with clear market analysis. Nelson has 9 years of real estate experience where he supplied services for a broad range of commercial real estate product types throughout Florida. Nelson has worked directly with clients to develop market-based solutions in response to complex real estate issues for use in strategic asset management, investment analysis, portfolio valuation and litigation.
Brandan Pendergrass serves as a Sales Associate for LSI Companies. His successful career in the hospitality industry has afforded him a clear client-focused mindset. Brandan specializes in improved properties and industrial commercial land.
Sharail Cluck serves as the Vice President of Development Solutions for LSI Companies. She is responsible for all aspects of land activities, including feasibility, permit compliance, development management, ongoing asset management, zoning and permitting. Sharail has over 10 years’ experience in land development. Sharail has a degree in law and practiced for several years before entering the land development business. She maintains her BAR memberships in Florida and Oklahoma.
Rob Mintz serves as the Property Research & Acquisitions Manager for LSI Companies. He conducts analysis to determine feasibility and entitlements for new development in the Southwest Florida area. Rob was formerly the Director of Research for two prominent commercial real estate firms prior to joining LSI Companies.
Rhonda Brewer serves as a Project Management Consultant for LSI Companies. She is responsible for due diligence, entitlements, and development on a variety of assets. Rhonda has over 20 years of experience in real estate acquisition, entitlements, and development. Prior to joining LSI Companies, Rhonda held executive level positions with WCI Communities and Newland Communities developing numerous master planned communities located throughout Florida.
Janeen Jones serves as the Real Estate Legal Coordinator for LSI Companies. She has collectively 20 years of administrative experience in commercial real estate and serves as a liaison between outside law firms and community management companies on behalf of LSI Companies and its clients.
Richard Yager serves as the Senior Marketing Manager for LSI Companies and is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of all internal and external marketing strategies and communications. Richard has over 10 years of experience in marketing and communications.
Anna Peacock serves as the Sales Operations Manager for LSI Companies and is responsible for partnering with the sales team in their real estate activities. Anna specializes in financial analysis and title work. Her duties include CRM management, preparation of sales and priority reports, month end reports, and coordinating weekly sales meetings.
Alexis North serves as the Research Associate for LSI Companies. Her duties include property research, event coordination, and administrative operations.
Melissa Ward serves as the Executive Assistant to Randy Thibaut for LSI Companies. She has served in various capacities within the real estate industry over the years, and currently provides administrative support and coordination for the LSI Companies.
Lisa Zolman is the Sales Coordinator for LSI Companies and is responsible for assisting with real estate activities for sales associates and brokers. Lisa also serves as assistant to senior broker, William Rollins, Jr. CCIM, ALC, providing administrative support and assisting with various operational duties. Additionally, she manages the sign installation/maintenance program.
Pat Whipple serves as the Office Manager for LSI Companies. Pat has a strong background in administration and management in the sales industry. Her duties include insurance, license & documentation support, database, accounting assistance and office administration.
Jennifer Bancroft serves as the Office Administrator for LSI Companies and is responsible for office support, front office coordination, and welcoming clients. She brings several years of experience in the airline and insurance industries to successfully manage all administrative functions in the office.
George W. Bush serves as the Property Manager for LSI Companies. He handles on-site maintenance, sign installation, and general property management for LSI Companies and its clients. George is a longtime resident of Southwest Florida.
