Randy Thibaut is the founder, owner, and CEO of LSI Companies. Randy’s role is that of visionary, establishing new investor relations to bring capital resources into the Southwest Florida market and providing his team with the best tools, resources and connections available. Randy has over 20 years in the SWFL real estate industry in sales, construction, project management, residential sales, etc. and has been involved in numerous real estate deals in the region. He has personally brokered over 2 billion dollars in real estate transactions. Randy believes in attention to detail and is actively involved in every transaction that LSI Companies brokers.
Thibaut is a co-founder and served as a board member for Builders Care, a non-profit organization started by the Lee Building Industry Association to provide construction services at no cost to needy and deserving elderly and disabled homeowners who cannot obtain home repairs through traditional means. He also serves on the board of the Lee Building Association and is an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC).
Thibaut grew up on a large farm in Central Ohio where he learned the land business from his grandfather, who was successful in buying and selling large tracts of land.

Justin Thibaut serves as President for LSI Companies. He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. Justin joined the team after a successful career in the Nuclear Power and Petroleum Industries where he held positions in project engineering, construction, and business management of major capital projects valued from $500 million to $1 billion. He is dedicated to serving the Southwest Florida community as Secretary for Builder’s Care, a non-profit organization tasked with providing emergency home repairs to the elderly and disabled. In addition, he sits on the Board of Governors of REIS (Real Estate Investment Society), the Board of Directors for the SWFL District Chapter of CCIM, the Executive Committee for the Department of Economics & Finance at Florida Gulf Coast University, and is a 2017 graduate of the Lee County Chamber’s ‘Leadership Lee County’ program.
Specializing in commercial real estate analysis and acquisition/disposition of commercial real estate, Justin is also well versed in all stages of land development and vertical construction. In addition, he is effective and experienced in complex RE transactions including 1031 exchanges, income-producing investment sales, and developer/homebuilder developed lot programs.
Kris Denny serves as the Chief Financial Officer for LSI Companies. Her key responsibilities include all cash and asset management for the company and its affiliates. Kris brings over 30 years of accounting and management experience in the land development and construction industry. She has been with LSI Companies for over 15 years and a resident of Southwest Florida since 1978.
William “Billy” Rollins serves as a Senior Broker for LSI Companies. He is a third generation Floridian and is a licensed real estate broker in Florida, Georgia and Alabama. Billy is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC). Billy is the President of the Florida chapter of Realtors Land Institute and received the RLI APEX Award for being one of the top 20 national producers in 2017 and 2018. He holds a BS degree in business and an AS degree in citrus production. Billy has the training and experience to provide clients with an understanding of the big picture for commercial and land assets with insights on the dynamics of property value throughout Southwest Florida.
Hunter Ward serves as a Sales Associate for LSI Companies, specializing in agricultural lands and commercial properties. Hunter is a fifth generation Floridian born and raised in Glades county and has experience in the sod, cattle, and farming industries. In addition to agricultural lands, Hunter also has experience in the marketing and disposition of RV parks, manufactured home communities, commercial income-producing properties, industrial, and investment properties. His experience and education has enabled him to produce creative solutions for his client’s real estate assets. Hunter received the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute in 2019. ,
Nelson Taylor serves as the Market Research Director for LSI Companies. He focuses on the market analytics of residential and commercial properties throughout Southwest Florida in order to provide clients with clear market insight. Nelson has 11 years of real estate experience where he supplied services for a broad range of commercial real estate product types throughout Florida. Nelson works directly with clients to develop market-based solutions in response to complex real estate issues for use in strategic asset management, investment analysis, portfolio valuation and litigation. He is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Real Estate as well as a graduate from the University of Denver with a master’s degree in Real Estate. He also is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Alexis North serves as a Sales and Research Associate for LSI Companies. She focuses on property research and the acquisition and disposition of developable land and improved commercial properties in Southwest Florida. Alexis is on the Urban Land Institute Membership Committee and is currently pursuing the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. She is a Florida native and a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Finance.
Christi Pritchett serves as a Sales Associate for LSI Companies. Over the last 15 years, she has worked with the area’s largest home builders, developers, and construction firms. Her expertise in large-scale development planning and entitlement strategies allow her to provide value-added services to LSI’s brokerage clients. Prior to LSI, Christi served as the Executive Director of the Lee Building Industry Association’s nonprofit arm, Lee Builders Care. Christi is a fourth generation native of SWFL and a graduate of the University of Florida where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
Sharail Cluck serves as the Vice President of Development Solutions for LSI Companies. She is responsible for all aspects of land activities, including feasibility, zoning, entitlements, permitting, permit compliance, development management, and ongoing asset management. Sharail has 20 years of experience with development and completing land acquisitions in Southwest Florida. She is currently serving as Vice Chair of the Lee County CLASAC, Conservation 20/20, committee evaluating and recommending purchases to the Board of County Commissioners. Sharail has a Juris Doctorate and practiced law for several years before transitioning to the land development business. She maintains her BAR memberships in Florida and Oklahoma.
Rob Mintz serves as the Property Research & Acquisitions Manager for LSI Companies. He conducts analyses to determine feasibility and valuations for commercial properties and land investments in the Southwest Florida area. Rob has over twenty years of analytic experience and is an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC). He was formerly the Director of Research for two prominent commercial real estate firms prior to joining LSI Companies. Rob received a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Boston University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Hofstra University.
Rhonda Brewer serves as a Project Management Consultant for LSI Companies. She is responsible for due diligence, entitlements, and development on a variety of assets. Rhonda has over 20 years of experience in real estate acquisition, entitlements, and development. Prior to joining LSI Companies, Rhonda held executive level positions with WCI Communities and Newland Communities developing numerous master planned communities located throughout Florida. She holds an MBA in Finance and a Masters in Landscape Architecture.
Robert Gurdian serves as the Director of Accounting of LSI Companies. He works alongside the CFO to provide financial governance and is responsible for the timely completion of month end financial statements, operational budgets, internal analyses, and payroll. Rob received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Illinois State University and brings over 25 years of construction, real estate and development experience to the company.
Janeen Jones serves as the Real Estate Legal Coordinator for LSI Companies. She has collectively 26 years of administrative experience in commercial real estate and serves as a liaison between outside law firms and community management companies on behalf of LSI Companies, its clients, and investors. Serving as the coordination point for title and legal processing, Janeen assists with all aspects of transactions, including preparation of purchase agreements and related agreements, monitoring critical dates, and coordination of closing documents. In addition, Janeen has experience in the area of residential and commercial leasing and related landlord/tenant remedies. Janeen attended Polk State College and Florida Southwestern State College with a focus on Business Administration, Real Estate Law & Paralegal Studies.
Richard Yager serves as the Director of Marketing for LSI Companies and is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of all internal and external marketing strategies and communications. Additionally, he is responsible for the branding and event execution of Market Trends and Market Watch, two of the largest annual real estate conferences in Southwest Florida. Richard has 14 years of experience in marketing and communications and has a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Oklahoma.
Lisa Zolman serves as the Administrative Coordinator for LSI Companies. She is responsible for overseeing administrative and business affairs including maintaining master spreadsheets, generating draft proposals, managing execution, and tracking payments. Lisa also controls all aspects of land management for our investor properties which includes filing agricultural classifications and management of our Property Manager.
Bonnie Hapner serves as the Executive Administrator to Randy Thibaut and is responsible for corporate scheduling and communications with our clients and investors as well as assisting Kris Denny, CFO, in the HR and financial aspects of LSI Companies. Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and is a member of Toastmasters International, Inc. Bonnie brings over 20 years of experience in professional office executive assistant positions and 10 years of Condominium/Homeowner Association management.
Kristi Velasquez serves as the Executive Administrator for LSI Companies providing administrative and operational support for both the sales and marketing teams. With a background in hospitality and management, Kristi is able to deliver top level assistance not only to our team, but also for our clients and investors. Kristi has been a Southwest Florida resident for 10 years and is currently finishing her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Florida Gulf Coast University.
George W. Bush serves as the Property Manager for LSI Companies. He handles on-site maintenance, sign installation, and general property management for LSI Companies and its clients. George is a longtime resident of Southwest Florida.
