Justin Thibaut is the President and CEO of LSI Companies. He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and joined LSI after a successful career in the Nuclear Power and Petroleum Industries, where he held positions in project engineering, construction, and business management of major capital projects valued from $500 million to $1 billion. Specializing in real estate analysis and acquisition/disposition of commercial real estate, Justin is also well versed in all stages of land development and vertical construction. In addition, he is effective and experienced in complex RE transactions including 1031 exchanges, income-producing investment sales, and developer/homebuilder developed lot programs. Justin spends his free time enjoying the outdoors and SWFL waterways with his wife and daughter.
Randy Thibaut is the founder of LSI Companies. Randy’s role is that of visionary, establishing new investor relations to bring capital resources into the Southwest Florida market and providing his team with the best tools, resources, and connections available. Randy has over 20 years in the SWFL real estate industry in sales, construction, project management, residential sales, etc., and has been involved in numerous real estate deals in the region. He has personally brokered over $2 billion dollars in real estate transactions. Randy believes in attention to detail and is actively involved in every transaction that LSI Companies brokers.
Thibaut is a co-founder and served as a board member for Builders Care, a non-profit organization started by the Lee Building Industry Association to provide construction services at no cost to needy and deserving elderly and disabled homeowners who cannot obtain home repairs through traditional means. He also serves on the board of the Lee Building Association and is an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC).
Kris Denny serves as the Chief Financial Officer for LSI Companies. Her key responsibilities include all cash and asset management for the company and its affiliates. Kris brings over 30 years of accounting and management experience in the land development and construction industry. She has been with LSI Companies for over 15 years and a resident of Southwest Florida since 1978.
Mark Price serves as the Director of Operations for LSI Companies. Price is responsible for overseeing company operations, sales, and business development, in addition to assisting with investor relations and sourcing capital. Price has over ten years of experience in market analysis, research, and acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential real estate assets. Prior to joining LSI Companies, Mark was the Vice President of Real Estate Development of a Private Equity firm where he was involved in the planning and entitling of some of SWFL’s largest and most challenging developments – namely Centerplace and Wildblue in Lee County, and West Port (FKA Murdock Village) in Charlotte County.
Mark received a bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Studies from The Ohio State University and a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Miami.
William “Billy” Rollins serves as a Senior Broker for LSI Companies. He is a third generation Floridian and is a licensed real estate broker in Florida, Georgia and Alabama. Billy is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC). Billy is the past President of the Florida Chapter of Realtors Land Institute and received the Realtors Land Institute (RLI) APEX Award for being one of the Top 20 National Producers from 2017 through 2020. In addition, he was recognized as the 2015 Florida Land Realtor of the Year by RLI.
Hunter Ward serves as a Sales Associate for LSI Companies, specializing in agricultural lands and commercial properties. Hunter is a fifth-generation Floridian born and raised in Glades County and has experience in the sod, cattle, and farming industries. In addition to agricultural lands, Hunter also has experience in the marketing and disposition of RV parks, manufactured home communities, commercial income-producing properties, and industrial, and investment properties. His experience and education have enabled him to produce creative solutions for his client’s real estate assets. Hunter received the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute in 2019.
Alexis North serves as a sales associate for LSI Companies. She focuses on the Fort Myers and Naples markets for developable land and improved commercial properties. Alexis is a Naples, FL native and holds a degree in finance from Florida Gulf Coast University. She is currently pursuing the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, class of 2022. Alexis has a passion for traveling and spends her free time enjoying the Florida beaches.
Christi Pritchett serves as a Sales Associate for LSI Companies. Prior to joining the company, she worked with the area’s largest home builders, developers, and construction firms. Herexpertise in large-scale development planning and entitlement strategies allow her to provide value-added services to LSI’s brokerage clients. Prior to LSI, Christi served as the Executive Director of the Lee Building Industry Association’s nonprofit arm, Lee Builders Care. Christi is a fourth generation native of SWFL and a graduate of the University of Florida where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. She is currently pursuing the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.
Alec Burke serves as a Sales Associate for LSI Companies. He will focus on developable land, industrial properties, and commercial income-producing properties in the Southwest Florida market. Alec has over six years of leadership experience in project management and small business development, enabling him to successfully navigate complex deals and provide innovative solutions for his clients. Alec graduated from the University of Iowa, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. He is pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and a dual MBA/MS degree in Finance from the University of Colorado Denver.
Kristi Velasquez serves as the Sales Operations Manager for LSI Companies, providing administrative and operational support for the sales team, including preparing listing and purchase agreements, monitoring critical timelines, and overseeing sales processes. With a background in hospitality and management, she delivers top-level assistance to our team and our clients and investors. Kristi graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sciences from Excelsior University and is currently pursuing her MBA specializing in Finance.
Rhonda Brewer serves as Senior Vice President of Land Services for LSI Companies. She is responsible for all aspects of land activities, including feasibility, zoning, entitlements, permitting, permit compliance, development management, and ongoing asset management. Rhonda has over 20 years of experience in real estate acquisition, entitlements, and development. Prior to joining LSI Companies, Rhonda held executive level positions with WCI Communities and Newland Communities developing numerous master planned communities located throughout Florida. She holds an MBA in Finance and a Masters in Landscape Architecture.
John Debitetto serves as Project Manager for LSI Companies and provides land development and construction project management services. He has over 30 years of experience in construction, land development, acquisition and disposition of assets, and sales. John is a licensed Building Contractor and Real Estate Broker in Florida. He received his bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida.
Nelson Taylor serves as the Vice President of Market Research for LSI Companies. Nelson oversees all market research projects and activities. Nelson has over 13 years of real estate experience where he supplied services for a broad range of commercial real estate product types throughout Florida. Nelson works directly with clients to develop market-based solutions in response to complex real estate issues for use in strategic asset management, investment analysis, portfolio valuation, and litigation.
Taylor is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Real Estate as well as a graduate from the University of Denver with a master’s degree in Real Estate. He also is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Rob Mintz serves as the Vice President of Acquisitions for LSI Companies. He conducts analyses to determine feasibility and valuations for commercial properties and land investments in the Southwest Florida area. Rob has over twenty years of analytic experience and is an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC). He was formerly the Director of Research for two prominent commercial real estate firms prior to joining LSI Companies. Rob received a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Boston University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Hofstra University.
Janeen Jones serves as the Real Estate Legal Coordinator for LSI Companies. She has collectively 26 years of administrative experience in commercial real estate and serves as a liaison between outside law firms and community management companies on behalf of LSI Companies, its clients, and investors. Serving as the coordination point for title and legal processing, Janeen assists with all aspects of transactions, including preparation of purchase agreements and related agreements, monitoring critical dates, and coordination of closing documents. In addition, Janeen has experience in the area of residential and commercial leasing and related landlord/tenant remedies. Janeen attended Polk State College and Florida Southwestern State College with a focus on Business Administration, Real Estate Law & Paralegal Studies.
Erica Brace serves as the Marketing Manager for LSI Companies and is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of all internal and external marketing strategies, communications, and public relations activities. Additionally, she oversees the planning and execution of Market Trends, one of the largest annual real estate conferences in Southwest Florida. Erica has over 10 years of experience in marketing and communications and has a degree in Business Administration from Franklin University.
Lisa Scavo serves as the Executive Administrator to Randy Thibaut and is responsible for corporate scheduling and communications with our clients and investors. Lisa has served as a legal assistant, data processing supervisor and law office administrator and has supported all executive levels throughout her career. She brings over 25 years of experience in professional office executive administration.
Alex Hein-Chung serves as the Executive Administrator for LSI Companies and provides administrative support to the Sales Team. Alex has over 10 years of experience in Database Management and Office Operations. Alex has a degree in Fashion Design from Miami-Dade Community College.
Dawn serves as the Land Services Coordinator for LSI Companies. Dawn will be responsible for assisting with various aspects of land activities, including real estate feasibility, entitlements, and project management. Her varied experience ranges from land planning concepts and procedures to market research and land services. Dawn has over ten years of experience in land-related services, including land acquisitions and dispositions, due diligence, as well as land planning in the Southwest Florida area. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Central Florida with a focus on interpersonal communication.
George W. Bush serves as the Property Manager for LSI Companies. He handles on-site maintenance, sign installation, and general property management for LSI Companies and its clients. George is a longtime resident of Southwest Florida.
